Stuart Ridge Roofing is a five-person QBCC licensed roofing and guttering business in Kirwan, Townsville, run by Marcus Hale since 2013. Marcus, Wayne and Ishan cover tiling, metal roofing and guttering, Bailey is a third-year apprentice doing gutter cleans and photo reports, and Renee runs quotes, scheduling and every insurer's paperwork on her own, a full job in itself between November and April. It captures the same photo record on a storm-damage call, so Renee's report to the assessor starts with the evidence already attached rather than gathered after the visit.
