Do you offer a free trial or introductory session?

Yes — all new members receive a complimentary fitness assessment and introductory session with one of our coaches. Book online or call us to get started.

Can I train at any time, or are sessions scheduled?

We offer both open gym access and scheduled sessions. Personal training and group classes are bookable online; the facility is open for independent training during staffed hours.

What programs do you offer for beginners?

Our 'Foundation Strength' program is designed specifically for beginners — eight guided sessions that build the fundamentals of movement, posture, and progressive overload.

Do you have recovery and wellness services on-site?

Absolutely. Our recovery zone includes foam rolling stations, stretch areas, and access to our in-house massage therapist by appointment.
