Our Philosophy

Every bag tells the story of a place.

We source direct from producers we know by name — farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Papua New Guinea where the soil, altitude, and season shape a flavour no blending can replicate. We roast small. We roast slow. We post your bag the morning it's roasted.
