The Meridian and Southern Cross series. Numbered editions of 60 pieces. Sapphire display caseback, COSC-class precision, five-year service guarantee.
Instruments of enduring precision.
Each calibre is hand-finished at our atelier in the Southern Highlands. Fewer than 180 pieces leave the workshop per year.
ReserveSince 1987, Hörol has operated outside the conventions of the watch industry — no licenced movements, no contracted cases. Every component, from the mainspring to the crown jewels, is produced in-house under the eye of master horologist Edwina Crosse.
Calibre H-7 / In-house manufacture
The H-7 calibre was three years in development. Its free-sprung balance wheel — regulated without a regulator — achieves ±2 seconds per day across all positions, a tolerance we consider the minimum acceptable standard.

A watch made entirely to your specification. Dial design, case metal, calibre complications — every choice documented in a signed commission record.
Complete movement restoration, case polishing, and regulation of any mechanical watch. We accept heirloom pieces from all maisons. Turnaround: 8–12 weeks.
"The H-7 is the most honest movement I have worn. Every beat feels deliberate."
"Edwina and her team spent six months on the dial alone. That is the mark of a true atelier."
"When I wind it each morning it feels like a ritual. It has become part of how I think about time."
"I have owned movements from five major houses. None keep time this reliably."
"The sapphire caseback turned something mechanical into a daily meditation."
"They refused to compromise on the finishing even when I asked for a faster delivery."
All commissions and production pieces are reserved directly through the atelier. We are accepting enquiries for the 2025 Meridian III edition (60 pieces) and commission work from mid-year.
